  • Create an SEO Description: Write a short, clear description that about your project. This helps more people find your project online.

Package Settings:

  • Defining Packages: Create Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages, specifying the number of concepts and detailed designs included in each.
  • Delivery Time: Estimate and set a realistic timeline for the completion of each package.
  • Set Pricing: Determine the price for each package based on the scope of work and your expertise. Remember to factor in the LogoArena fee when setting your prices to ensure you cover your costs and desired profit margin.

2. Submission for Review

Review Process:

  • Submit your project for moderation. Our team will review the submission based on quality standards and completeness.
  • Outcomes: Your project may be approved, returned for revisions, or rejected. Feedback will be provided for revisions to help you meet the required standards.

3. Post-Approval

Managing Projects:

  • Once approved, your project will be listed in the Marketplace. You can manage your project listings through your dashboard.
  • Update your project as needed based on client feedback or market trends.

4. Communication and Feedback

Client Interaction:

  • Communicate effectively with clients using the platform’s messaging system.
  • Respond to client inquiries and feedback promptly to maintain a positive relationship.

Feedback Handling:

  • Use client feedback to refine concepts and designs.
  • Be open to constructive criticism to improve project outcomes.

5. Finalization and Delivery

Final Deliverables:

  • Upon project completion, finalize all designs as per the client's specifications.
  • Upload the final files in the required formats and ensure they are accessible to the client.

Project Closure:

  • Ensure that the client is satisfied with the final deliverables.
  • Encourage clients to provide feedback and rate your service, which can help enhance your visibility and credibility in the marketplace.
