The company will run its business in food truck industry selling meal based on fresh pasta and different types of sauces, namely tomato and basil, carbonara, amatriciana or other seasonal sauces. The main idea is to serve the pasta meal with three pieces of bread to make the "Italian scarpetta" which means that you have to use the bread to gather the sauce when you finish your pasta.

Lastly, we want to advertise how we will be connecting mushroom growing to our work. We fill the soils with mycelium from edible mushrooms, which greatly helps the lives of any trees or other plants, and also provides some food in the winter!

Our new company is dedicated to produce Thai Ice Creams, you can search "Itim Pad" on Google and/or YouTube to better understand more about the product. The idea is to have a food truck for local fairs and carnivals, to attend to private events using the food truck and deploying only the ice cream plate modules. In a later stage we will open physical stores at malls. The ice creams are prepared with a liquid mix that corresponds to a custom base that is mixed with a huge variety of ingredients.

Es geht in diesem 4-jährigen europäischen Forschungsprojekt um die Frage, wie viel zusätzlicher Kohlenstoff in Form von Humus in Ackerböden gespeichert werden kann. An dem Projekt sind 23 Partner aus ganz Europa beteiligt. Carbo steht für Kohlenstoff und seq für Sequestrierung oder Speicherung.
