Es handelt sich um eine hochwertige KAFFEE Shop Kette mit dem Namen: DER BERNSTEIN.

Das Logo darf nicht rustikal oder antiquiert sein. Das Logo wird später auf hochwertigen Kaffee-Becher „to-go, Menukarten, Beschilderungen, Servietten aber auch auf Polo-Shirts und T-Shirts verwendet werden. Es muss ein sehr hoher aber unverwechselbarer Erkennungsfaktor besitzen.
Die Farben im Shop sind einladend beige, braun, honigtöne. 



Bernstein findet man vornehmlich in den nördlichen Breiten der Erdhalbkugel – da wo vor Jahrmillionen die berühmten Bernsteinwälder standen, spülen die Meere heute noch das fossile Harz an. Die Bernsteinwälder inspirierten uns zum Logo eines Waldbewohners. 
Die Wiedererkennung des Geweihs ist hoch und völlig unverwechselbar.

So soll auch das Farbkonzept des Shops mit beigen, weichen und warmen Braun und Honigtönen eingefasst sein, kombiniert mit moderner Technik und klarem Design, wird sich die Einrichtung von DER BERNSTEIN zu anderen Coffee-Shops abheben und differenzieren. Das Einrichtungskonzept verhindert, dass der Shop antiquiert wahrgenommen oder verwechselt werden kann. 

Selbstverständlich handelt es schlussendlich um ein Wortspiel zwischen dem Thema Edelstein und dem Namen des Ersteller des Konzepts. Daraus resultierte das Logo und der Name: DER BERNSTEIN
