There is a high end Area of the Phoenix Metro area called the "Biltmore District". This area has many high end multi million dollar homes, high end shopping, it is an area most all real estate agents and many of their buyers are familiar with. My hope is that people are already familiar with the name "Biltmore" and they will be more likely to remember the name as a trusted home inspection company. 

Goals for Logo/Branding:

1- We connect with realtors. All realtors wish they were selling million dollar homes in the Biltmore area and the ones that already are demand a high level of service implied/expected from the name Biltmore.

3- We do not serve just the Biltmore area. We are Arizona's/Phoenix/Valley's Leader in Home Inspections. (I am not sure this is something to try and incorporate in the logo, but for sure on the eventual vehicle wraps and other marketing materials.

We are multi-functional company, our business includes development, different car dealerships, market chains, printing house, television. We need to create the logo which will be used for our VIP customers. For example: on cigarette packs, on product labels, on VIP cards for clients and etc. The name is "VIP 1" but the logo should be created with letters VP, we need these two letters to be read as VIP but only subconsciously. what about number "1" - it should be made as an emblem next to VP logo.
