I have a very unique project. I sell residential properties in Mexico and Dallas.  I don’t want a logo  that pigeon holes me into one property style. I sell condos & villas in Mexico, and condos and mansions in Dallas.  I can’t have something like ocean and palm trees because that won’t translate to Dallas and vs, I can’t have a dallas skyline because that alienates Puerto Vallarta.   I’m trying to roll all my businesses under one umbrella for Dallas and Mexico. I want a logo that clearly states that I’m in real estate sales in two places and prompts and spurs conversation about what I do.   I’d like something other an overused house roof line in the logo.   The logo will be used embroidered on shirts and hats, as well as print materials.  Needs to be simple enough, yet big enough characters for embroidering onto a shirt and hat.  One the back of my shirts and hats, I also want a clean-line www.LanceBlann.com either printed or embroidered.   The goal is to marry both of my real businesses under one logo that translates to both markets .  I’m selling Lance Blann and I’m selling Homes, that’s the assignment. This is a logo for a YouTube Shorts gameshow called: "Is it Heads? Or is it Tails?", where I will be flipping various items (like coins) and seeing if it's heads or tails. Very simple, but I need a neat logo to share at the beginning of each episode. 

I'd like the logo to include "Heads or Tails" in a prominent way, and then the "is it" parts a little smaller before heads/tails. It doesn't necessarily have to include a coin, I'm open to exploring different ideas to portray the idea of a heads or tails (front or back) or something. 

If the logo could also be easily "broken apart" so that there's clearly a heads portion, and then a tails portion, in case I want to animate it and have both come into the screen at various times.

It´s an all encompassing word reflectant on many positive attributes as perceived by Greek culture
