<p>We build new homes on once neglected &amp; underdeveloped property. We have the goal of revitalizing an area of town that has so much more potential than it often gets credit for. Being in the city we want to blend a timeless style with modern finishes but instill that front porch sitting that is homey and comforting. We want to have fun with our customers and provide a new &amp; different experience for home buyers than whats traditionally been done. </p>

<p>Our goal is design fun, efficient &amp; timeless homes that buyers will love. We will do something special for all our customers in line with a porch swing on all the houses as a gift from us to them. Also, toast with a bottle of whiskey,  beer or wine as we celebrate their new home with them. Provide them exclusive t-shirts that says </p>
