WHAT OUR MARKETPLACE DOES
We enable Buyers to create Open Purchase Order style offers that convey what devices, quality, quantity and price they want to buy in advance of inventory being quoted for a Seller. Then, when a Seller requests a quote on their devices (e.g. 500 iPhone 12 Pro Max, 128GB), we combine all the Buyer Offers for that device to generate the quote. These devices then go to our certification center where they are quality inspected by robots before shipping to the Buyer.

HOW THE INDUSTRY WORKS TODAY
Sellers' primary business isn't selling used devices as their prime business objective is to sell service contracts and new devices. Thus, despite having advanced forward logistics operations, their reverse logistics are rudimentary. Thus they can only handle selling to large wholesalers via auctions. The auction winners break up the lots of devices they purchase into smaller batches which they then sell to other wholesalers. This process repeats several times before the devices are sold to small companies that sell the devices to the new end user. All those wholesalers in the middle provide no benefit but they take a cut of the profit making this a low margin business for everyone.

WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT
We are providing small businesses around the world a seat at the table to buy directly from the source without going through the middleman. Because the margin on these devices isn't being diluted by 3-10 wholesalers in the middle, the regular end buyer price generates more margin for the Seller (e.g. higher average selling price). For Sellers, keep things simple and generate a higher ASP. For Buyers, we consolidate supply across multiple Sellers to create the planet's larges supply of certified devices (we certify the devices as they ship from seller to buyer). This means that Buyers get ample supply to device inventory and don't have to hunt for devices from wholesalers at inflated prices. 

WHAT'S THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT?

🌳 The global electronics industry contributes approximately 4% of total greenhouse gas emissions.
🌳 E-waste, the world’s fastest-growing waste type, is projected to increase by up to 30% by 2030.
🌳 Each refurbished device replaces the need for a new one, thereby preventing the emission of 0.06844 kg of CO2.
🌳 Based on our conservative forecast, our 23mm devices put into reuse by ‘28 will save 1,573,120 kg of CO2 emissions.
🌳 To absorb that much CO2 would require planting a forest equivalent in size to Disneyland.
