The ownership of the treatment plan shifts to the patient.  The dentist “you need to” conversation will shift to the patient “how do I” or “what do I need to do” conversation.  The typical “push” communication from the dentist will transition to a “pull” communication from the patient.  The end result will be a healthier and more satisfied patient.
 
Certifiably Kissable is a dental patient centric win-win value proposition that reinforces a patient’s active participation and ownership in their overall oral health care.  Patients will be presented with very achievable certification criteria that facilitates their interaction with their dental provider.  Through the patient’s self-assessment and participation in the program, data will be captured on a patient’s preference for treatment (both functional and aesthetics) and dental topics/areas of interest. </p>
