**Logo Design Brief for FanTime**

**Description:**  
FanTime is an innovative platform that allows fans to connect with their favorite influencers through exclusive livestreams. Influencers can flexibly set the duration and price of their livestreams and share the **link** to their streams through their existing social media channels. This enables fans to join livestreams seamlessly and effortlessly.

**Design Guidelines:**  
- **Icon Element:** A distinctive icon that emphasizes the concept of "livestream" and direct interaction. A camera symbol could be incorporated to represent the live streaming theme.
- **Color Palette:** Red should be the primary color, highlighting the "live" aspect and real-time communication.
- **Purpose:** The logo should work well for a web app, meaning it should be effective in both small and large formats.
- **Inspiration Sources:** Logos like Twitter (a minimalist approach), Twitch (focused on streaming), or WhatsApp (for communication) can serve as examples. 
- **Text Element:** The brand name "FanTime" should be presented in a modern, easy-to-read font that complements the icon.

**Goal:** The logo should visually convey the direct and exclusive connection between influencers and their fans via livestreams, capturing the dynamic, interactive nature of the platform.

I have a very unique project. I sell residential properties in Mexico and Dallas.  I don’t want a logo  that pigeon holes me into one property style. I sell condos & villas in Mexico, and condos and mansions in Dallas.  I can’t have something like ocean and palm trees because that won’t translate to Dallas and vs, I can’t have a dallas skyline because that alienates Puerto Vallarta.   I’m trying to roll all my businesses under one umbrella for Dallas and Mexico. I want a logo that clearly states that I’m in real estate sales in two places and prompts and spurs conversation about what I do.   I’d like something other an overused house roof line in the logo.   The logo will be used embroidered on shirts and hats, as well as print materials.  Needs to be simple enough, yet big enough characters for embroidering onto a shirt and hat.  One the back of my shirts and hats, I also want a clean-line www.LanceBlann.com either printed or embroidered.   The goal is to marry both of my real businesses under one logo that translates to both markets .  I’m selling Lance Blann and I’m selling Homes, that’s the assignment.
