We are a small warehouse gym type business focusing on training grade school through professional athletes. Our focus is on training athletes for speed, strength, and conditioning, without all of the fancy commercial gym machines. Our gym will consist of a 30 yard strip of turf, kettlebells, dumbbells, power rack, sleds, and tires. We like to focus on sport specific training because every sport has different demands. We feel that if athletes are physically ready during high school, they will increase their chances of receiving a scholarship and playing in college and hopefully professionally. 

While our focus is on athletes, we will also have a portion of the gym dedicated to adults and anyone who wants to be in the best shape of their lives. We will offer a bootcamp that is challenging yet rewarding.

This is a think tank conference for scientists in the medical research field. The design is to be used primarily on a T-Shirt and conference materials. 
They want something to depict "Balance" in an unexpected way. There are many types of 'balance' - the scales of balance is an obvious option and might work. But they are thinking of something that might be less obvious.
Balance between things like risk vs benefits or costs vs benefits or in medical terms "efficacy vs toxicity". But also looking at the balance between using different types of resources and general life balance - work vs play - etc.

ideas to develop: anything that is a balancing act (circus acts) - seesaw - scales - a contrast of two opposites in balance or even the Goldilocks concept -... use your imagination here.
