Rank design entries daily, this will encourage participation. It is non-monetary means of showing appreciation for the Designers' hard work. The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see (you can do so by clicking on the logo you want to give feedback to). It will also guide the designers in the right direction. Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation. Designers earn points for top 10 ranked designs. We recommend ranking different designers for top ranks, It encourages more participation. alexplag Canada Contest holder	January 22nd, 2012, 4:30am hey everyone, like to mention let's move away from the exclamation marks (!) and the head with the spring. Don't want too much going on. looking for something simpler but professional. logo to be taken seriously but also be creative. look at the attached file for an idea for the text :) thank you all so far. hope to see more from others!
