Our Ideas and Additional Information:
My concept is to put emphasis on the cycle of treatment: Disability > Function > Health. We would like the rod of asclepius (wingless staff w/ single serpent) to be utilized in some way.
Regarding the practice/physician name, we would prefer that the name of the practice sits above the physician (i.e. "Florida Impairment" on top, "Francis W. Brooks, D.O., FAADEP" below).
EDIT: Please be advised, the slogan has changed slightly. I would prefer "Function" as opposed to "Functioning". Thank you!

| United States Contest holder | January 25th, 2012, 1:43am If the circular design is used, I prefer the order of the slogan to go as follows: Disability on the left, Functioning on the top and Health on the Right. Also, I think green was a bad choice of color. I do like blue or maybe something with a touch of gold? Something using the standard pallete of colors. The logo will be used in greyscale for all of our office notes, so the color must be compatible with such applications. |
