I am a birth and postnatal doula, offering support antenataly in the last weeks before the birth. I am on call for the labour and am present during the entire birth for both mother and partner. Also as a Birth Doula after the birth I will make 1-2 visits to offer help settling in and to offer feeding support if required. enabling the parents to have the birth experience they are looking for. 

As a postnatal Doula I offer support in the first few weeks in whatever capacity required, it could be as a sounding board, cook up a few meals, look after the other children, support with feeding, the odd bit of housework and lots of tea. Enabling mother and baby to get to know eachother without having to deal with everything else in life.
