Our Ideas and Additional Information:
We are a very ocean oriented store that sells surfing products, apparel and beach gear. We prefer nautical and ocean themes to standard surf themes like surfboards. Some of the nautical images we like are tridents, waves, ship steering wheels, compass rose, anchor, etc. We would be incorporating the town name into most of the designs (Cape May, NJ), but it does not necessarily have to be included in the logo.
(Added on 2020-01-22 17:59):
***We really like the idea of having an abstract mark inside of a wordmark. Our goal is to be able to break out the abstract mark to use as a shortened version of the logo for hats, apparel, signage, etc.
Where we will use the Logo:
Billboards & Signs, Mobile/Tablet App, Mugs, T-shirts, Print, Television, Web
