Logo contest: Red Anchor

What we do:

Red Anchor is a cigar brand. It's history dates back to 1770 when the Red Anchor cigar company was the name of the shop and the very first to sell cigars to the public and later the trademark or the brand. I will be using the logo on a cigar band and box top.

Please check out the original logo from 1770. If it possible to incorporate some of that in the new version? Can we have a little of the old and a little of the new. Can we take come of that old look and put a little modern spin on it? Just a thought.

Cigar are purchased primarily by men from the ages of 21 and up. Cigars are luxury items and disposable income is used to purchase them. These cigars will be sold in the United states primarily.

I would imagine the anchor should be red.
