I prefer grey, silver, blue and black. I also prefer a black or grey background.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
I don’t want something that looks like “pop art” or bright colors or a design that looks like it came from Vista Print. I have to portrait luxury and elegance in my design. I want soothing, elegant colors. I like simplicity but at the same time I also like some of the “cursive” that the initials are written in on some of the samples provided. I can’t decide if I want a cursive design or a logo with a “house” or “symbol” design. Both of them can look very nice. Maybe a combo of both??
Although I highly favor using initials what I worry about is that the company initials are “ORG”. I don’t think that will work for my business. Even if I just use “OR” for Ollins Realty that might also look funny but maybe once I see it on a design it could work. Again, I do like the possibility of using initials.
Also what is very important is for potential clients to know immediately that I do specialize in luxury properties just by looking at my logo and writing below it. There are a thousands of Realtors out there and all of their cards say something about real estate, homes, properties or realty. I want my client’s to know immediately that I am different than the Realtors that do “ALL” home sales or general realty if you will.
