1. Rank design entries daily, this will encourage participation. It is non-monetary means of showing appreciation for the Designers' hard work.
2. The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see (you can do so by clicking on the logo you want to give feedback to). It will also guide the designers in the right direction.
3. Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
4. Designers earn points for top 10 ranked designs. We recommend ranking different designers for top ranks, It encourages more participation.

We can use the butterfly as a subject, or you want a total change?

Because the butterfly is linked so directly to Innovation Credit Union and the focus around Innovation Centre, as a retail space, will be to appeal to other businesses outside of our core business, we would like a logo that is a total change. However we are looking for some reference/linkage in the Innovation Centre logo back to Innovation Credit Union (through colors, etc.) as there is strong brand loyalty and recognition built up within our name in the community where this building is located.

The use of the butterfly is not a link we are looking to leverage as it is too closely linked to the organization.

The types of businesses we are trying to attract to this retail space would be complementary to our core business lines in the financial services industry (i.e. lawyers, accountants, realtors, etc.) but there would be opportunity to lease space to businesses in other sectors that aren't complimentary as long as they were not competitors (i.e. radio station, etc.) with our core business lines (which are banking, wealth and insurance).
