Logo contest: Hunt Brothers Realty

What we do:

We are a boutique real estate brokerage and development company based in Sarasota, Florida.

Attached is a logo that we are fairly certain represents the direction we'd like to go in. What we need is for that logo to be polished up and proportioned correctly. We would like it to have a sheen on it. Not like a chrome sheen, but more like stainless steel or aluminum. It need to be subtle and tasteful with just enough shimmer to know it's there.

Also attached is our original Hunt Brothers logo that we have been using for years. Up to this point, the logo and "button" have been a key identifier for us in the marketplace. We are fond of the red and would certainly like to incorporate it in the new logo. Additionally, our marketing materials (business card front and rear and folder) are also attached for reference.

We are looking for a modern, fresh redesign that utilizes Trajan Pro font (or similar). Again, we think that the logo provided is what we want. We just need a creative touch to put it over the top!
