<p>this is a Billiard and Restaurant that we are converting to a Billiard and Sports bar with a modern Industrial Feel Serving Fusion Asian-american Food. We want to convey a hip vibe to attract younger 21-30 something year olds. The Billiards have its own age demographic of 35-60 year olds. The food is going to be new and fresh bar pub food with an Asian Twist considering this was one of the oldest chinese food dining rooms for 40 years and is a landmark restaurant. </p>
