I am a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS). I have set up CoPoint to provide commercial property advice mainly to tenants and occupiers but some landlords mainly for London and the south of England although clients could be anywhere in the UK. Clients may also require industrial and retail space although the office market will be the main area I will be advising. I will be able to find suitable office space for occupiers and advise on all aspects of property from locating suitable premises , negotiating the lease, challenging occupational costs and fitting out the space to the occupiers specification to ensure occupiers have the best property and the lowest cost to operate their business from. My clients will range from very small, fashionable start up companies to very well established traditional business occupiers. Property is a tangible product and a practical business. The logo will go onto my website, business cards, email signature block.
Our industry: Real Estate
Top Three Things to Communicate through our Logo:
#1 - Professional approach
#2 - Integrity and trust
#3 - Action orientated
Our Target Market:
Mainly tenants/occupiers of London office space but also some retail and industrial occupiers. London and the south east will be the main market but it could be anywhere in the UK. There may also be some work for landlord clients. My clients will range from young start up companies to well established companies. I want to ensure that occupiers have the best space possible at the most competitive cost to enable their business to succeed.

Color preferences:
The colours need to demonstrate an efficient, professional, warm approach that make potential clients feel good but also see that CoPoint is a company of action. The logo needs to make potential clients want to pick up the phone or send an e mail to me.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
I started sketching something along the lines of a background sky line of London city office buildings with two lines meeting at one point (red colour - target/action?) on one of the buildings. I thought this showed that the company was about property, the lines saying that me and the client are work together to reach the same point in terms of occupying a building but thought this might look a bit complex/complicated? maybe it could be made simpler.

Hi, thanks for the designs so far - they get me thinking. CoPoint needs to have the C and P as capital letters. Each letter in CoPoint needs to be the same colour. It needs to be slick and professional with some energy - perhaps the the dot on the "i" can be the energy and also the letter style - some variations here would be really helpful. I like how clear Commercial Property Advice underneath CoPoint is - this is important as my web, business cards etc need to clearly show this is what I am providing.
Some options with a block of colour, or 2 blocks of colour, or two triangles or 2 circles behind CoPoint would be interesting to see as a further option to the above where it is just CoPoint.
Thanks for your help. Keep designs coming in please.
