Further we help in all kinds of questions of daily life, like: living at home, work, leisure time and health (Crisisprevention and Intervention). Our Services are very complex, because it has to serve the individual needs and goals of our clients. Our service is sponsored by the social welfare department in Northrhine Westphalia.Wir bieten ambulant betreutes Wohnen für seelisch erkrankte erwachsene Menschen an.
Es handelt sich um eine zugehende Dienstleistung in den Bereichen Wohnen, Arbeit, Freizeit und soziale Beziehungen und Gesundheit, die es der Zielgruppe ermöglichen soll in ihrer eigenen Wohnung selbständig zu leben. Es handelt sich dabei um eine komplexe Dienstleistung, die individuell nach den Wünschen und Bedürfnissen der Menschen gestaltet wird. Kostenträger ist ein öffentlicher Träger der Sozialhilfe.
