Marketplace Refund Policy

Refund Policy for the LogoArena Marketplace#

Introduction#

At LogoArena, we want every design project to be just right for you. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund if things don’t go as planned.

Refund Policy Details#

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Getting Revisions: If you don’t like the project because it’s not what you agreed on, you can ask the designer to make changes. You can find out how to do this in our "Marketplace Procedures for Clients" document.
  • Asking for More Time: If you’re still not happy after seeing the first designs, you can ask for more time. This lets the designer try again to meet your needs before the project ends.

When You Can Get a Refund#

Depending on what package you bought, here’s how refunds work:

  • Bronze Package: You can get 50% of your money back if the first and revised designs don’t work for you. This reflects the initial efforts made by the designer.
  • Silver Package: You can get 70% of your money back, even after extra time for revisions, if the designs don’t meet your expectations.
  • Gold and Master Packages: You can get up to 85% of your money back if the final designs, despite extensive revisions and close collaboration, still don’t meet your expectations. This higher refund percentage acknowledges the greater investment and expectations associated with these premium packages.

How to Ask for a Refund#

  • Sending a Request: Use our contact form to explain why you need a refund, mentioning specific issues and the stage of the project.
  • Review Process: We’ll review your request, considering your feedback, the designer’s responsiveness, and how well the project matched the agreed-upon specifications.
  • Getting Your Money Back: If your refund is approved, we’ll return the money to your original payment method within a specified period.

Important Points to Know#

  • You must request a refund within 7 days of the project's completion.
  • Refunds are not available for changes in preferences or requirements that were not communicated to the designer earlier.
  • Designers should have a fair opportunity to address any issues, particularly if an extension for revisions was granted.
