What we do:
Wintergreen Organics & Naturals goal is to make it easy as possible for people to eat healthy food as close to its natural form to maintain the nutritional benefits to aid in preventing or reversing disease/sickness. We want to use this as a platform to educate the public while also bringing the original forms of produce back to the masses. To do this, we want to create a fun and easy system to allow either the beginner or trained chef to produce the highest quality meals using natural and organic products directly from the producer.
The way in which we do so is deliver weekly produce, eggs, meats & poultry, herbs & spices, pantry items directly to our client’s home or business. But, our twist is that we create these deliveries around what is in season and recipes that meet vegan, paleo, or naturalist standards. This makes it easy for the beginner to eat well while learning to cook, but allows the advanced chef to go a completely different direction if they so choose.
A secondary benefit from this strategy is that it brings friends and family back together. Food has always been the center of the home, but in recent years people have gotten away from cooking at home. This has contributed to relationship strains. We want to help in bringing the family back to the kitchen and dining room table.
