<p>The Wheels for Jacquie Foundation was created out of determination and the need for equity. The goal of Wheels for Jacquie Foundation is not only to raise the funds needed for Jacquie’s accessible van but to fund vehicles for other individuals and families who are differently-abled.</p>

<p>Transportation is a basic need. For individuals and families who are differently-abled, the process to obtain an accessible vehicle takes longer than necessary and the costs are well beyond what others need to consider. The government grant sources in Vermont are scarce and when Cari reached out to friends and family about fundraising for an accessible van for Jacquie, she realized that people want to help. Hence, the Wheels for Jacquie Foundation formed and we are excited to be able to help Jacquie and others in similar financial situations.</p>
