3. Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
4. Designers earn points for top 10 ranked designs. We recommend ranking different designers for top ranks, It encourages more participation.

I think we should try a totally diffrent design. Try and go a little more corporate feel.

dear designers. if you are going to do a design please be innovative and try and come up with a new concept and not taking concepts already done and changing colours and shades.
