The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see

Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
Designers earn points for top 10 ranked designs. We recommend ranking different
designers for top ranks, It encourages more participation.

I like the use of contrasting colors between team and flys and would love to see some different color combinations. Also, silhouettes of aircraft, clouds, vapor trails rather than clipart of airplanes is the way I'm leaning.
Many thanks to those who have contributed already. I think we are off to a great start. One thing I could help with.. I'm looking for creativity with the text itself and not as much in the picture that accompanies it. Hope that helps. Keep up the great work, we really appreciate it.
I know it's natural to think to use colors that have a "sky" feel, but some of our marketing will require the logo to be on top of a sky colored background. Therefore, colors that stand out against light blue would be helpful. Thanks.
