<p>Stephen Summer has been practicing law in Austin, TX since 2000. He offers legal services in estate planning, probate, small business formation, copyrights, trademarks, and entertainment law. 
Stephen’s law practice is a reflection of the diversity of the owner. His first career was as a professional drummer and percussionist. He performed with such artists as Kirk Whalum, Bob James, Andy Williams, and most recently - Beto y los Fairlanes. However, the bulk of Stephen’s practice is focused on estate planning, probate and small business matters. 
Professionally he is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas. He is also a voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (Grammys). Mr. Summer helped create the Austin Jazz Society and is a past president of Riverbend Center, Inc., an affiliation of Riverbend Church.
In addition to his law practice, Stephen is an adjunct professor at Texas State University teaching a class in music business.
