Here are some helpful tips for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses.

1. Rank design entries daily, this will encourage participation. It is non-monetary means of showing appreciation for the Designers' hard work.
2. The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see (you can do so by clicking on the logo you want to give feedback to). It will also guide the designers in the right direction.
3. Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
4. Designers earn points for top 10 ranked designs. We recommend ranking different designers for top ranks, It encourages more participation.

Thanks for all the entries to-date. A few additional points: - the design will mostly be used for a website header, therefore logo on left of logotype is the best layout. (The logo on top of the logotype takes up too much vertical space.) - no need for reversed colors for a dark background. (My site currently has a dark header but I'll be changing this). - As mentioned in the brief, I really do want professional and conservative SkillPacks logotype fonts as black, dark blues, or dark grey. I'm not interested in designs with colorful fonts.

Thanks for all the entries. I like the designs that I'm seeing. I'd also be interested in seeing designs that subtly bring 3 dimensions, perhaps with use of gradient color or shadows. Just a thought.

Just as a reminder, these are the key elements of the brief:

I'm interested in orange and blues for the logo, but open to any color combination. I'd like to see a contrast between a bright and vibrant logo, and professional and conservative SkillPacks logotype fonts (black, dark blues, or dark grey).

The website will be focused on 3 topics: growth, creativity and change. This idea of 3 connected ideas is what I want to see in the logo. Three connected circles is an obvious option, perhaps too obvious.

I'm seeing a lot of dark blue in the logos. Just to emphasize I'd like to see a contrast between a bright and vibrant logo, and professional and conservative SkillPacks logotype fonts (apologies if I haven't been clear).

Sorry, I've changed the tagline. Please use 'helping managers to succeed' in future designs (no need to change all the existing designs!). Thanks.
