I am a scuba diver instructor. My website will be a blog for people who are interested in become a scuba diver, for scuba divers who are interested in advanced education and with information about scuba diving itself.

Color preferences:

I think any kind or combination of blue should be a good idea, due to we are talking about water sports. I also open for a logo with different colors, it's up to you.

But if you think there might also be another color which should be used, your free to do so. I am open for your ideas.

I need some inspiration and will give feedback during the contest via ranking and comments.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

the business name "Scuba Online" should not be included in the logo.

Due to I have this business website which will be posted in a blog style and I have also a personal website, I would prefer an logo which can be customized for use on my personal website as well. My personal website will get the address www.hoffmanns-cloud.de (which is my name-cloud). The personal website is a blog about photography, mac and gadgets. The page is currently published with another address and will be migrated soon (www.9zehn78.de).

My idea was to have a logo with the focus on cloud and to use a diver (or something else) for divers-cloud.com and to replace the last one with a camera or something else for my personal website.

But as mentioned before: I am not a creative person and will be open for your ideas.

scuba-online Germany Contest holder	February 23rd, 2012, 11:35am Clarification because of the business name. Scuba Online was part of my previous web address and therefore used as business name. Which means it's just important for the papers (due to legal stuff). But I will setup a new page and a complete new kick off with the address divers-cloud.com and therefore I prefer to have an focus on "Divers Cloud". As mentioned before I am also really appreciate if you will provide an idea for a tag line within the logo.

If you integrate the full web address, please be aware that diverscloud.com is not the right address. It should be with a hyphen: divers-cloud.com. But you can also just use "divers cloud" without the full address. Thanks a lot! If you are able to find a way to create a logo which can used in a high and a long squared format, it would be nice, but it's not mandatory. Thanks again! scuba-online Germany Contest holder	February 27th, 2012, 8:25am Hi, until now I've got some really interesting entries and I would like to say thank you to all of you! Due to the interesting ideas which I have seen so far, I would like to share some preferences with you. 1st.: If you are able to create a logo which can be used in the front and also in the middle of the top of a logo like #20 (front) and #21 (middle of the top), it would be one of my preferences. Due to it gives me the opportunity to use the logo in two different formats, depending on the use case. 2nd.: IF you integrate the web address make sure it is the right one divers-cloud.com (with hyphen). 3rd.: I still have the focus of an integration of both words (divers and cloud) and have seen some really good ideas so far. I would be interested to see more of this, but it should be not to playful. Last important point is: I am still open for any ideas. Also if you think you have an idea which does not fit my current preferences, but might be a really good one, I would like to see this. As mentioned before, I am not the creative person ;-). Therefore you are still open to use other colors, ...
