We are software company that provides our end users with Commercial Building Project Management - Our software bridges the communication gaps between the bank, builder, sub-contractors, and property owner. The project manager creates the project, sends out 'Request for Quotes' to sub-contractors, awards them to their selected vendor, manages budget/timeline, and creates an approval process for funding. We also capture drone and 3D walk-through imagery that is uploaded to the project. Once the project is finished the property owner can retain access to our system to download manuals, warranty info, share with their insurance provider, etc.
