<p>Picket Fence Foundation is a nonprofit in central Illinois on a mission to provide employment opportunities to adults with disabilities. We are defined by inclusiveness, compassion for others, hard work, and leading by example. We are a full service floral gift and garden center. Work opportunities  include managing plants (watering, planting, pruning, etc), stocking and maintaining our gift shop, designing and delivering flower arrangements, as well as other tasks associated with retail jobs. </p>
