What we do:

I am a physical therapist with a focus on women's health. I treat pelvic floor dysfunction (issues of incontinence (inability to easily go to the bathroom and/or prevent the leakage of urine), prolapse (internal organs feeling like they are falling out), and pelvic pain (including, but not limited to pain after pregnancy/ birth or other trauma). I will also be able to serve women during pregnancy and after giving birth (for issues like back pain, abdominal separation, and postural issues just to name a few).

Women: Women of all ages who purchase urine absorbent underwear to prevent urine leakage. Women who attend pilates/ yoga/ fitness classes. Pregnant women and women who have given birth. Women who attend birthing classes. Women who take the time/ want to take the time (but can't find the time) to take care of themselves. Athletes (high school age and up) with problems of leakage of urine (often runners and weight lifters).

I do not like lime/neon green colors. Prefer soft/ calm colors. I like blues, reds, purples (though am not limited to those colors).
