Logo contest: ONE Team

What we do:

This is for a project management team that works in the oil and gas industry. The leadership team held multiple sessions to tie in "what" we want to be known for as a team. Something that we could rally around. The animals and objects that we chose to signify our slogan are both the Rock/Mountain (Strength) and Wolf/Coyote (Unity).

Internal team logo to identify ourselves separately from other teams in the organization. To drive a consistent team mentality. Work hard, play hard.

Typical colors would include the following for t-shirts, patches, wall art, etc. I would like your standard black, white, grey, etc. But I would like a logo which is colorized for wall art around the office.

I wouldn't call it a "logo" is what I am looking for. It is an emblem, patch, shield like back in the day of the old oil can logos, uniform patches, etc. I want something that has that retro appeal but cultivated. As stated previously, the emblem should be able to be sewn as a patch or labeled on a t-shirt.
