Logo contest: New Peak Signature

What we do:

We are home builders. We already have an entry-level line called New Peak Homes but we have an ultra-luxury division that we want to Brand with this New Peak Signature line. We already have a logo that we don't want to draw some connections with. Most particularly the mountains but we are open to any thing if is can portray ultimate craftsmanship and care with the logo.

Designers we have had a chance to think and with the designs that are coming back, the "signature" in the logo is a little too gimmicky let's do "New Peak Residences & Resorts" The logo is to distinguish that the projects we do are elite. We will use signature in our description to customers but we do not want it in the logo itself. Thanks
