A Texas ranch style theme would fit the architectural style of the Texas Hill Country. The building will have white limestone and standing seam metal roof. The project will be named the Manor at Hancock Park. A Texas "brand" with the letters MHP could be explored. Logo and font need to be legible and easy to read, while elegant and welcoming for a residential community.

I would like to see some other options with more rustic or Texas style fonts. I would like to see interpretations with black, bronze, brown color tones. Try a burned look or rough edge to look like an actual brand in some form of the logo. Maybe the brand with just the letter "M" also.
The first two rankings are in the ball park of looking like an actual cattle brand. I would like to see some other options in a similar style to evaluate alternative font types that are texas rustic, yet still elegant enough for a residential identification sign. Blacks, bronze, deep brown, burned edges, etc are all worth exploring. Thanks
