Color preferences:
Strong, dependable colors - yellow and green as a possible combination. A bright, lively pallet is preferred over anything to light or dull. Blues, yellows and reds are all associated with the Sepedi/Sotho culture. Would like to see the M and S incorporated into a cube or square so that the icon is very literal.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
The name of the mall has a meaning associated with 'mother of melodies'. This can be used in brainstorming the logo as would like the mall to serve and provide for its customers like a mother would and to inspire hope and entertainment as music/melodies can. Would like to see the M and S incorporated into a cube or square so that the icon is very literal.
Where we will use the Logo:
Billboards & Signs, Mobile/Tablet App, Mugs, T-shirts, Print, Television, Web

Hi all, thank you for your submissions so far. Is it possible to get some options that are a little bit less generic and take the lines and design of the building into account. Would really like an identifiable icon that catches peoples attention.
Thanks for all the entries - can we please see the top options in greys and greens - the yellow and green does not seem to be working as well as we thought it would
