Logo contest: iValu8

What we do:

iValu8 (http://www.ivalu8.com) is a business-business service that let's business owners and managers easily design their own mobile campaigns with high value rewards. The platform provides tools and templates to allow the user to design these campaigns through a desktop computer or mobile device.

There are three key benefits in using the iValu8 service: 1) Ease of Use in designing the campaigns, 2) Mobile access to campaigns and rewards through the Smartphone, 3) Targeting campaigns at new customers using social media.

There are two target markets for the logo. The main target market - and the one that the iValu8 platform will be targeted towards is the Business-Business market. This segment consists of both small "mom and pop" business owners and managers to Product Marketing and Marketing Managers of larger corporations. They see the iValu8 brand as a means to help them achieve success with marketing their products and services in a new way.

A second target market is the consumer. We want to separate the "Eight ball" component of the brand and use it as a sticker or mark to identify that exciting iValu8 offers are available with the product it is being used with or at this place of business (e.g. Coffee Shop)

Would like to use black for the lettering and blue and black color for the "Eight Ball" component of the logo. It is important that users recognize the "Eight Ball" as an "8", so that users pronounce the company name appropriately - (ivalu8 = ivalu-ate). See attached document below. As part of the deliverable, we would like to know the palette and color codes.

We would also like to see both black and white treatments of the submitted logo as well as the color version.

We are not necessarily looking for an entirely new logo. We are looking for new and exciting treatments of the existing logo as a way to launch our new product. iValu8 is the name of the company and we think that the brand distinctiveness and unique mark should be focused on the "8" or what we call the "eight ball". Please see the attached document.

We will, however, consider other treatments.
