Houshare was founded in order to make real estate investing possible for everyone. You can invest a small amount such as $1,000 and still enjoy your portion of return like a $100,000 investment. Our goal is to help people turn their savings into successful real estate investments with monthly cash flow. As a results-driven organization, we are constantly looking for the best opportunities for real estate investments worldwide. Our vision is to take real estate investing to the next level regarding profits, flexibility and liquidity. In addition we are working on changing the traditional house construction method. We believe that construction companies should operate like high-tech companies. From planning the house using means such as virtual reality to the construction of the house in a short time using advanced methods and environmentally friendly.

avoid generic “house” icons

It should look good also in black & white version, and in big and small size logo.

Our prospective clients should be able to glance at our logo and within a guess or two figure out that we are in the real estate bussiness (and not a lawyer or fashion..)

A bonus- If you can pass through the logo the idea of house & shares, Owning a fraction of bigger real estate investment.

We would like to have our main logo in 3D version to use in our website and digital media. We have added some ideas that we found on the internet and we liked.

Two exampels off the H to create an icon with a house. One example off combining house and share / sucsess. one example off 3D logo that we liked- clean and simple

We would like to have the emphasis on the house, and some element that symbolizes success and Profitability like the arrow in one of the blue and black logo example that we added below that point up twoards growing and profit. The innovative massage can be delivered by making the logo look up-to-date (maybe 3D or some affect like the one on the MEYVIS example and not clasic / outdated. Also we like somthing like the H that perform a house in blue and green logo example that we have added

The font of the HOUSHARE name should be bolder and thicker than the row below. So the balance will be correct between the name of the company and the slogan

Few tips- 1. you dont have to add the LLC if you feel it dosent feet. the company name HOUSHARE is what importent. 2. We did like to have some play with the letters of the company name HOUSHARE to create the logo (house, shares, etc) , one letter or with the full name.

We have added some logo example that we liked to guide you. we do like the icon logo to be able to be presented without the full company name. and to have a 3D version to use on our website and our digital media. We are also going to animate the choosen logo.

Aviel Israel Admin	September 17th, 2018, 8:31pm We really like subtle in our logo, but there is one element that sould be very obvious and it is that its real estate company :) other massages (Innovation, future, shares, succsess etc) can be as subtle. Also we would like the logo to be able to stand for itself without the company full name and still be clear that it is real estate and prefer that is will also have the H for the Houshare company name.
