Here are some helpful tips for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses.

1. Rank design entries daily, this will encourage participation. It is non-monetary means of showing appreciation for the Designers' hard work.
2. The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see (you can do so by clicking on the logo you want to give feedback to). It will also guide the designers in the right direction.
3. Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
4. Designers earn points for top 10 ranked designs. We recommend ranking different designers for top ranks, It encourages more participation.

The LogoArena design community wants you to get the best possible logo for your business.

A couple of notes:

1) Please include .com in the logo. This is a web-based business model, so folks need to know to purchase our product they must visit our website.

2) We are open to slogan ideas. We have a few of our own going: "Have it Written. Have it Right." Or "Creating Correct Correspondence." or "Wright it Right." If you want to incorporate a slogan space into your logo, please do so. And as stated we are open to your ideas for good slogans as well.

3) We like the color schemes presented so far. Blue and Green, Gray, etc. We are open to modern color swatches like the orange and gray, or ad some purple. But The bold look really does a good job catching the eye.

4) Because the logo is also our "address." (www.fixmyletter.com), it has to be visually clear. We don't want people to struggle to read the exact spelling, etc. So while cursive or "handwritten" fonts are great ideas, just make sure they are still legible.

5) Feel free to ask questions, and we will provide feedback on individual designs / so please reference them!

This is our second business launch in 8 months, and we are so happy to return to logo arena to offer a project! You all do such excellent work!

Thank you all for the additional submissions, but to artists / designers who have already submitted and to new ones! Just a little explanation on our recent rankings to give you all better direction.

We really appreciate the visibility of the word, and the idea of the paper and feather pen. The feather helps to communicate creativity and originiality while other clean, crisp aspects like check marks or straigh tlines, communicates correctness. Furthermore, we like how the current 1st place ranking has a bit of "speediness," "promptess," or "urgency" with it. This helps of make customers feel initially like we provide timely service response times. We like that.

We also do like the more commercial / business appeal the logo has.

The more artsy submissions are a great idea and direction...and we may want to revisit that idea as we expand later, because that would appeal more to single product purchases, like a custom letter.

However, we think we can communicate that idea, but appeal to more business clientlle with a more crisp, professional look.

Make play around with some new colors. We do like the green and blue; however, we would like to see what some of your designs would look like with some other swatches if you have the interest in providing them. Maybe try orange and grey, or Purple colors. Who knows. The green and blue work well though and we appreciate it.
