We've extended our contest here because we haven't seen anything that is just right. Thanks for all submissions though. A lot of good ideas.
We like the concept that is currently ranked #1 of a 3 dimensional molecule. Maybe we can get some sum missions that build off of this concept, but instead of ending in the "O" in evolved, let's make it as a stand-a-lone branding object. We like the the idea of looking at a blue green and grey molecule not from a flat view point but kind of through the molecule or at it in 3D.
We also like some of the Eclipse submissions, but none are truly discint enough to make our own. We'd like to separate them from the wording as much as possible. Then if we could try adding things to the eclipse to differentiate it. So I'm thinking maybe a solar flare on the outside or some sort of design on the inside. We like the submission that's currently #2 which has a bit of texture to the outer rim, but it's maybe still a little too subtle.

I just uploaded a new symbol for your reference. Its kind of like an infinite loop. I was thinking that someone might want to try to use something like this combined with a 3D molecule design or Eclipse design to come up with new unique symbol.
