Our Ideas and Additional Information:
Should also work if printed small or at least should be possible to be reduced to a small version that still can be recognized as the logo (e.g. for use in a tab of a web browser). Should focus on the ergonomics part, not so much on the factory part. Should transport the idea that both cognitive ergonomics as well as physical ergonomics are in the portfolio of the company (more the cognitive part than the physical part, though).

#4 is very promising, but too complex. It could be more abstract/more simplified.
