I don't really have a specific target market for my logo other than I am in the fine art space. So I would guess galleries and magazines. I plan on using the logo on my website www.danieljgregory.com and in my invoices, letterhead etc.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:
I am not a huge fan of cliche images in photographic logos so really obvious plays on cameras etc doesn't really work for my interest. I don't mind the integration of a photographic concept into the logo if it doesn't come off as if I just put my name next to a camera.
I really like logos that are more fun than serious so playful is important.
I also plan on using the logo in print and the web. I would like something that is easy and simple to read when it is on screen and print. I also like the idea of having my name incorporated into the logo, but if a pictorial mark was simple and creative enough that would work too.
I have attached a couple of older logos. The one with the bouncing red ball I like a little more but it felt too high tech on the font. The use of my initials didn't resonate all that well with me in this design.
Finally, while my work in in photography, I would prefer that photography not be in the logo. I don't mind artist or visual artist, but I do other work that just photography in my business and so I don't want to have a logo that limits that work.
I uploaded some other logos that have been created that I am not really a fan of but something less stiff and static would be great.
