1. Rank design entries daily, this will encourage participation. It is non-monetary means of showing appreciation for the Designers' hard work.
2. The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see (you can do so by clicking on the logo you want to give feedback to). It will also guide the designers in the right direction.
3. Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
4. Designers earn points for top 10 ranked designs. We recommend ranking different designers for top ranks, It encourages more participation.

The designs are very basic. This is similar to what I already have. I compete with banks. If you google a logo for a bank it wont look like these logos. Google Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo
