I have posted some individual comments - but am unsure whether they are visible to all.
A few points:
* There is no need to stick to Red and Black
* I would prefer no Shields or Houses
* I have updated the brief
* There is no need to have Ltd or Limited in the name or logo
* There is a capital H in DataHouse; unless if You would intentionally wish to produce a 'lower caps' design for the name
