Logo contest: Biltmore Home Inspection

What we do:

There is a high end Area of the Phoenix Metro area called the "Biltmore District". This area has many high end multi million dollar homes, high end shopping, it is an area most all real estate agents and many of their buyers are familiar with. My hope is that people are already familiar with the name "Biltmore" and they will be more likely to remember the name as a trusted home inspection company.

Goals for Logo/Branding:

1- We connect with realtors. All realtors wish they were selling million dollar homes in the Biltmore area and the ones that already are demand a high level of service implied/expected from the name Biltmore.

"Arizona's top agents use Biltmore Home Inspections for superior service. If you do what the top agents do you too can have the same success, you don't have to re invent the wheel"

2- Best service, yet affordable for everyone. We represent quality and the highest level of service in the industry. Service expected by a multi million dollar real estate buyer yet still affordable for the first time home buyer.

3- We do not serve just the Biltmore area. We are Arizona's/Phoenix/Valley's Leader in Home Inspections. (I am not sure this is something to try and incorporate in the logo, but for sure on the eventual vehicle wraps and other marketing materials.

4- We are Certified. I would like this to be incorporated into the logo somehow.

Real estate agents, loan officers, home buyers and sellers.

I would like the main color to be blue(trust). If possible it would be cool to have a hint/splash of another color to catch peoples attention/ stand out (Green might be nice if it would work because we offer home energy efficiency inspections/ratings)
