Here are some helpful tips for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses.

1. Rank design entries daily, this will encourage participation. It is non-monetary means of showing appreciation for the Designers' hard work.
2. The more feedback you provide, the better results you will see (you can do so by clicking on the logo you want to give feedback to). It will also guide the designers in the right direction.
3. Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
4. Designers earn points for top 10 ranked designs. We recommend ranking different designers for top ranks, It encourages more participation.

Thanks for the additional entries! If you look at all the entries you definitely see a strong theme of blue. Which, of course is a good thing but I'd love to see some metallic silver and black used to break up some of the blue and add some crisp lines. Using orange to represent the sun (as Arizona has plenty of it) is OK too, but keep in mind that this logo will need to be screen printed onto clothing. Thanks everyone, keep up the good work!

One more thought. Feel free to use dark backgrounds such as navy blue, black, silver, and grey.

I'd really love to see someone put together a mascot. I think I'd want it to be non gender based. More of a character such as a skimmer net, pool brush, or something along that line. But, feel free to let your imagination run. I'm coming to the experts for help so feel free to guide me! Thanks!!!
