Our Target Market:
My clients are, for the most part, located in major metropolitan areas. They tend to be male, and fit into one of the following categories:
1. professional individuals, generally with a high net worth, age 45-85, who own or are looking to acquire commercial real estate for investment purposes.
2. Commercial real estate developers, whose professional objective is to either develop from the ground up or significantly redevelop existing property, with the ultimate goal of selling that property for a profit. These individuals are entrepreneurial, generally age 40-60.

Color preferences:
I would prefer any of the following: black, white, shades of grey, a specific blue (RGB: R-21, G-41, B-76), medium to dark green. Saying that, I am open to almost any color, provided that the tone that’s ultimately achieved is sober and not whimsical. The logo will often be locked up with another logo that uses black, white, the blue described above and orange (RGB: R-245, G-128, B-37), and while I want my logo to work aesthetically with that other logo (see below), I also want mine to be differentiated from it. That means do NOT use the orange tone that I mentioned above, but rather tones that will not clash with that color when they appear in close proximity to one another.
Our Ideas and Additional Information:
I would like the logo to work either as “AMC Commercial Properties”, or, in some instances, simply as “AMC Commercial”. As such, please design with that variation in mind.
