<p>Alluvion Homes is a Seattle based construction company run by owners who care as much about helping others as we do building homes.  We like to give people opportunity whom may otherwise have a hard time finding employment.  We ourselves overcame many obstacles to get where we are today so we believe wholeheartedly that if we can do it anyone else can.  We chose the word Alluvion because of the connotation of the definition of the word.  Grains of individual sand that float aimlessly in the water until suddenly they find themselves coming together on shore and build together.  </p>

<p>We are versatile builders and specialize in new construction homes as well as full remodel or flips.  We do the majority of the build process ourselves.  Our motto is build, remodel, repair, maintain...better quality, on budget and on time.  </p>
