3lektron LLC is an advanced manufacturing startup, formed with the goal of establishing a lean, flexible and ultra local product chain. 

We partner with makers and diyers to harness their passion for iterative design and production and turn that into a functional manufacturing capability for small and large businesses alike. 

We are looking for a logo capturing both our modern roots in distributed manufacturing and close ties to the 3d printing and CNC maker communities and our classical conceptual roots in the organization of the Greek city states (Particularly Athens). The name 3lektron borrowing Greek alphabetic and pronunciation interpretations. 

We have toyed with logo concepts centered around the Athenian owl, and are currently leaning towards logos incorporating that aesthetic and the Greek letter ε, we are however open to all designs that represent our vision, goals and roots.  

We are looking for a logo that is current and energetic without appearing cartoonish or juvenile.
