We are currently "The Printing Team Inc." @ www.tpteaminc.com
We have been in business for over twenty years as a family. We would like to change our name because when "The Printing Team" first started we were partners with our uncle but due to some differences the company split. He has now sold out and we�re still hanging in there. We specialize in offset printing, digital printing and graphic design. We are a small business with lots of equipment and the ability to do everything in house. The family consists of Dad(Owner and CEO of The Printing Team Inc) Mom (Graphic designer and sales) Brother 1 (Graphic designer and pre-press) Brother 2 (Bindery and finishing). We are a loving, caring, determined and confident company. We treat everyone we meet as if they�re family, employees and customers alike.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:
My current idea is having a tree with or without apples on the left of the company name. The trunk will turn into a stack of paper at the roots (symbolizing our roots are deep in print within the family tree). Then the pages will blow off the bottom into the company name.
We�re open to any ideas; this is just the one I saw in a dream.
My brother and co-workers are more into the KISS principle (keep it simple stupid) which my logo idea is not. But I would still like to see my idea done properly so I could go with it or rule it out.
I have attached a bunch of files that we have accumulated since the start of the project.

| Canada Contest holder | April 7th, 2011, 9:17am @ justoverclock. This is close to my idea, I like the clarity and the colour of the logo. Although we need it to be simpler as we want to use the logo as an icon or symbol in reprint. We want our customer to recognize us without the name attached. |

The logo will be used as a emboss or deboss without colour a lot of times. Having a symbol/icon that will be recognized as a simple silhouette is ideal. |

I'm up for these ideas, the top 10-15 are all being considered when I show this to our branding reps. Although it's still not perfect, I'm beginning to understand the difficulty and complexity that my idea possesses and how it would not be the "ideal" logo. For the next two days you all can go crazy with your ideas, I will continue to make suggestions and rank appropriately. You have all been great and very patient, I'm grateful to all of you who have provided such beautiful logos for my company. Thank you so much and good luck for the last days of the contest :) |
